Terms of Service

By using Kinnetic (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Acceptable use

You agree to use Kinnetic only to coordinate plans with people you actually know. You will not use the Service to send unsolicited messages, spam, harass others, impersonate anyone, upload illegal content, or interfere with the operation of the Service.

Your responsibilities

• You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you submit, including your own phone number and the plan details you create.
• You will only invite people to a plan who would reasonably expect to hear from you about it.
• You are responsible for complying with all applicable laws, including telecommunications and privacy laws in your jurisdiction.

Service "as is"

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or uninterrupted or error-free operation. We do not warrant that messages will always be delivered on time or at all.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kinnetic and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising out of or related to your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars (USD $100).

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Service will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in New York, New York, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.
