What we collect

When you join or create a plan on Kinnetic, we collect:

• The name and mobile phone number you enter yourself on a plan's join page.
• The plans you create or join, including your RSVPs and votes on times and venues.

How we use it

We use the information you provide to:

• Send you plan updates (RSVP confirmations, lock-in alerts, reply-by reminders, and changes to time or location).
• Send a one-time verification code to confirm you are the genuine invitee for a plan.

SMS consent

By providing your mobile number on a plan page, you consent to receive SMS messages from Kinnetic about that plan. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help. We do NOT sell or share your mobile opt-in or consent data with third parties for marketing purposes.

No purchased lists

We do not buy, rent, or import phone lists. We only message people who entered their own mobile number on a Kinnetic plan they belong to.

Data retention

We keep the name, phone number, and plan-participation data you provide for as long as the associated plan is active, and for a reasonable period afterward to support reminders, dispute resolution, and recordkeeping (typically up to 24 months). You can request deletion of your data at any time by emailing the address below.
